After AT&T launched its free WiFi access for iPhone users in over 17,000 hotspots across the USA, it looks like the carrier is going to extend that offer to BlackBerry users too. The Bold will get it first followed by other Berries later this year. We’re glad to see other devices will get that free WiFi too, but will AT&T limit it to Apple and RIM customers? Probably it will. After all that might be the reason for other to switch to AT&T and pick up one of these smartphones. Imagine living next to a Starbucks location. That’s like having free internet access from AT&T for life!
