The Onyx is one of your future RIM smartphones but it’s not ready to ship to your door quite yet. The phone is not official, so we have to deal with leaked pictures of it in the mean time. We don’t have all the specs but the BlackBerry 9020 Onyx will apparently come with an optical trackpad to replace that regular trackball. We definitely need more details about the Onyx, so now that the Tour is out RIM could focus more on the Onyx and tell us everything there is to know about the phone. And just in case you were wondering the other BlackBerry in the picture is the Gemini.
