I just recently bought a storm (feb 12th 09) and i was told the rebate was revoked so the buying price is 250 not 199
What is being left out as I found out when I attempted to purchase the Storm is that in order for you to get the first one for $199.99 and second one for “FREE” is that you “have to” have two (2) lines on your account that are elegible for an upgrade or you can add an additional line for $9.99 a month and pay for activation on both lines and contract for 2 years. One of my lines is due for an upgrade but they would only give me one Storm because the other line is not up for upgrade. They told me I could buy another Storm at full price or add a third line to my account.
