Did you hear that BestBuy wants to install gadgets vending machines across airports around the USA? Well I just told you! Imagine buying a new plasma TV and then struggling to get it inside your carry-on bag…

Well I guess they are rather going to sell smaller gadgets like cell phones, digital cameras and mp3 players. Talk about the perfect gift which you forgot to buy before getting to the airport! A few power adapters for various gadgets and a couple of headphones will be certainly fit my needs. I always tend to forget a thing or two while hurrying to the airport.

BestBuy is partnering up with Zoom Systems, the people that installed iPod and Sony vending machins in Dallas Forth Worth Airport, the Las Vegas Hilton or Macy. Zoom will install the machines starting September 1st in airports in Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Minneapolis and San Francisco.

I hope they place them near the candy and Coke machines. I’ll get a Coke, regular, not Diet, neither shaken nor stirred, a pack of M&M’s, nutty, not chocolaty and a plasma Pink iPod which I am going to return in about 60 days to Zoom and ask for the money back.
