Believe what you hear about InnoPath, they can help you with your cell phoneBy Mark Rollins - 03/24/2010 2:16:59 AM |
We reported on InnoPath around 2009′s Mobile World Congress, and I had a chance to see them at CTIA 2010.
It took me a while to figure out how they work, but their Active Care allows them to take a “Pulse” on a mobile phone. You can sort of see the image of what Active Care looks like below the logo. Essentially, the operators will get to see what you are seeing on your phone without saying: “now, tell me what you see”. It can increase the First Call Resolution (FCR) by a very high percentile.
Personally, I’d like to see every operator have this service, and in the future, it should be set up for Windows Mobile, Android, Symbian, and BlackBerry. You can read more about Innopath here.
