BATAK Duel Game App for iPhones

The BATAK Duel app for iPhones is supposed to be a game but apparently the release of this game is meant for something else. Apparently it has some psychological intent connected to it as it is an app that should help identify the reaction time of people based on different visual stimuli. Inventor Dr. David Nelson believes the game can be used as a data gathering tool for human performance by using reaction times and hand-eye coordination which should help in improving and ultimately discovering the fastest person alive. Are you up to the challenge?
