This is Babylonian Twins, a game for the iPod Touch and iPhone.

I’m assuming that the game is some vague reference to the Hero Twins, but I thought that was Mayan myth. Anyway, the player gets to control these two Babylonian princes, who have different skills. Apparently, it is derived from history texts, and it uses fast-paced action and puzzle solving. I suppose you could compare it to the Prince of Persia for the iPhone or Prince of Persia Retro.
