Axiotron has announced the launch of their first Mac tablet, Mod Book. Knowing the pulse of their customers they have informed that those who pre-order their machine would be getting the delivery by the end of June. The company announced that they’ve increased the sensitivity of the tablet’s screen to 512 levels, from 256. They’re also including the option of replacing the optical drive with a second hard disk for up to 500GB of storage, and the option of selecting an addition gig of RAM for up to 3GB built-to-order. In conjunction with these build to order options, the ModBook now comes with specifications identical to the recent MacBook updates thus one will get an extra 160MHz, more RAM, and some more disk space, free of cost.
