The Japanese company Avaratec has announced the day of the release of their new netbook, named AVN270N. On the second week of October, more exactly on the 15th day, the computer will be available in the usual retailers, that is, if you live in Japan.

Anyway, the small laptop has a tiny 10.2-inch LCD screen with the usual (for netbooks) 1024×600 resolution. If there was a way to improve the resolution on all the netbooks, and make it a standard of 1024×800, it would be much better. In nowadays the 600 pixels of height just aren’t enough.

The processor is powered by an Intel Atom N720 at 1.6GHz, and while the RAM memory can go up to 2GB, the normal is only 1GB. As for the hard-drive, it has 160GB of storage capacity.

The rest of the specifications are pretty normal, like 3 USB ports, WiFi, a built-in webcam, and a battery life of 2 hours and a half.
