image-Samsung-Captivate_AA000JYJAT&T has just announced the Samsung Captivate, and it seems to captivate our attention.

Especially since it does bear a strong resemblance to the Samsung Galaxy S. It has the 4-inch AMOLED screen, 5 Megapixel camera, Swype, 1GHZ CPU, and 16GB of onboard memory.

We should be hearing about this one after June 24th, because I’m sure that iPhone 4 will steal all press. This should be pretty good though.
