AT&T will definitely not let Verizon get all the netbook attention in the USA. The company announced that it will take its netbook business more seriously and its stores will sell netbooks all over the U.S. AT&T will tie its customers to some 3G data plan since the tiny laptops will come ready to handle AT&T’s 3G network.

You will be able to select from various netbook models. AT&T will offer Acer, Dell and Lenovo models. We’ll be waiting for more details on the actual nationwide launch since AT&T failed to mention anything specific.
