In case you purchased a Quickfire handset from AT&T, make sure you call them and ask what’s wrong with it. It must be something wrong with it otherwise AT&T wouldn’t have issued a notice to all managers to stop selling Quickfires. Even the demo handsets have been removed from the floors which means there are some problems with it. You might consider returning your unit and have it replaced with something else.
