AT&T seems to be unsatisfied with the media constantly getting on their case about network problems and they have released an iPhone app to help pinpoint the problems.

This app, called Mark the Spot, uses the device’s GPS to track exactly where the problem occured and gives the users a list of various problems that may have occurred.

Now, it’s great that AT&T has released an app that will help record where problems happen but they really have to follow up on that collected data for this app to be relevant.
