AT&T announced that it will adopt new standards to its packaging designs in order to become green and reduce waste, as well as to encourage recycling.
According to AT&T with the new changes they will be able to reduce the use of paper by 60% and plastic by 30%. It also has a rule for its devices which is being at least 65% recyclable, and it doesn’t stop there – the most part of its devices will come with an energy-efficient charger, which means the charging sessions will become shorter and better.
