AT&T and Apple Sued for Selling too Many iPhones 3G

Here’s another proof that in the USA anyone can sue anyone for anything. Watch out what you’re doing, who knows what you will be accused of.

A San Diego iPhone user has decided to sue AT&T and Apple for selling too many iPhones 3G. That has caused problems for AT&T’s 3G network to the point where the carrier can’t sustain the speeds promised before the launch.

Well maybe that iPhone user should give his iPhone back. You know, just to improve the experience of all others. And on a different note isn’t anyone going to sell Microsoft for selling too many Vista copies?
