I like what I’ve been seeing in these pictures. Way to go Asus! I am tired of all the news about another Eee product, and I’d be more interested in buying one of this babies. I’d like to know more specs and when/if it will become available for the masses. From what we can see in those pictures this laptop is a multitouch dual screen. The top side is a touchscreen LDC while the bottom one is a QWERTY keyboard.
I hope Asus didn’t create it just to prove to others this is a viable concept and that it can be actually done.

Computex 2008 is where Asus displayed the laptop and while showing this one they also had a multitouch touchscreen slate on display (picture below). This appears to be an interesting concept aswell. Asus says it has a very intuitive and very new GUI installed. For example when you insert a disk, the display would automatically switch to a specific menu for that disc. This is too something I’d like to get my testing hands on.
