There’s a new family member in the Asus N series of laptops, it’s the N61 that can already be bought at the usual tech stores. Due to the 16-inch screen this can be considered a multimedia laptop – for the people that need a lot of pixels to work properly.

Inside the Asus N61Vg-X1 there’s an Intel Core 2 Duo T6600 processor running at 2.20GHz, a NVIDIA GeForce GT 220M with 1GB of memory, a DVD burner a hard-drive with 320GB and lastly a memory RAM with 4GB.

The other model released was the N61Vg that comes with Altec Lansing speakers and SRS Premium Sound – a different specification from the rest. The other usual features include wifi, a 1.3-megapixel web camera, a 8-in-1 card reader, 3 USB ports, and more…

Approximate price for the N61Vg-X1 is $800.
