ASUS M50 and M70 World's First One Terabyte Notebook PCs
Two big fishes Hitachi and ASUS have combined to bring forth the World's First One Terabyte Notebook PC. ASUS M50 and M70 come equipped with a Hitachi's Travelstar 5K500 hard drives for excellent storage. While the former notebook has a 500GB HDD, the latter one boasts of 1TB capacity.
Tony Chen, General Manager of ASUS Notebooks Business said: "Our notebooks with the Hitachi Travelstar 5K500 provide the answer to users who demand systems that combine large storage capacities with desktop-class performance and features."
One TB of storage capacity means that you can store up to 250,000 four-minute songs, or 1,000 hours of video, or more than 350 feature length movies. These power-packed notebooks have an ergonomic design. They feature full-size keyboard, dual-mode touch pad and a separate numerical keypad for quick navigation and operation.
