Today has been an Apple vs Asus day. Everywhere you turn you get the “Apple this and that”, “iPhone thinner?”, “Eee Something has been released”. They are in the headlines as each of them is figuring out new ways to sell themselves.
And focusing on Asus’ Eee line, we have already shown you the Eee Stick, the Eee PCs, the Eee Monitor and the Eee Box. It’s time we unbox the Eee TV. Here’s something I’d buy today if it was ready for delivery. The Eee TV is a 42 inch widescre TV which I would put to good use right now to watch all those soccer goals in Euro 2008 while getting ready for the Olympics. Displayed at Computex 2008 this Eee TV is supposed to be ready to ship in September. There are no specs yet but according to rumors there’s at least an USB and a Lan port. Any internet interface? We suspect but we don’t know.
As for price? It’s an Eee! How much can eeet be? And since I started all this from Apple and Asus, when are we going to see the first eeePhone?
