ASUS C90 Notebook

Asus has launched a new 15.4" "tailor-made" notebook series, the ASUS C90. The C90 Notebook comes equipped with an Intel Core 2 Extreme Processor to provide faster processing performance that far exceeds standard mobile pc standards. With an easily upgradable Mobile PCI Express Graphics Module supporting up to GeForce 8600M GT 512MB and 3 GB Dual Channel DDRII 800MHz SDRAM memory support, the C90 provides enough power for the hardcore power user.

A unique design allows for easy access to hardware with an ACE Door (Acessible, Convienent, Effortless) to provide quick and easy upgrading of key compononents including the CPU, graphics card, memory, etc. With a little help from the "Turbo Gear" CPU controller, users are able to acheive the ultimate performance from their C90 notebook. Turbo Gear allows users to select specific modes including Overclocking, Gaming, Standard, and Power Saving. In Overclocking mode, the CPU acheives faster speeds up to a max 2.93GHz and the FSB up to 1279.

The C90 receives great feature list which provides wonderful multimedia enjoyment. A HD DVD drive or a Blu-ray optical drive are provided as an option to offer users the ultimate video playback. The built-in TV tuner provide wireless Digital TV broadcasting and recording without the messy cables or even the TV. To compliment the multimedia features, the Asus C90 supports HDMI for enhanced HD video and 8-channel digital audio. Also intergrated in the notebook is a 2.0 MP rotating CMOS camera w/ face tracking technology for clear, vivid video conferencing. Other great features of the notebook include MIMO 802.11n wireless connectivity, Bluetooth v2.0+EDR, and a built-in finger print scanner.
