Apple’s new Remote should not be overlookedBy Mark Rollins - 10/21/2009 4:47:17 PM |
Yes, Apple has put out a slew of new products with the new MacBook, iMac, Mac Mini, and Magic Mouse, but lets not forget an update to the Mac Remote. It is reported that this remote will have the same all-aluminum coat that is on the newest Mac products, and it is designed to control the iPod, iPhone, or Mac with play/Pause, menu, volume and track skip buttons.
It is compatible with any Mac introduced 2005 or later with integrated IR receiver, but you will probably need a $49 iPod Universal dock for the iPod or iPhone.
