Taking in consideration all the latest buzz around Apple, the iPad, and the iPhone, most people would expect that a new version of the iPhone operative system would bring new and exciting features, but that is not the case.
The latest iPhone OS v3.1.3 is merely a bug fixer with the following details:
- improved accuracy of battery level on iPhone 3GS;
- fixed issue related with 3rd party applications not being launched;
- fixed bugs related to the Japanese kana keyboard that caused apps to crash;

Just installed this update without checking what issues it resolves, and now my iPod connection in my car doesn’t work. I know, my bad!!!
Every time I connect the phone to my cars iPod cable, it causes the media console to shutdown/reboot.
Any suggestions on how to back-out this update???
i did use this version on my apple iphone 3gs 32gb because everytime i connect my phone to itunes,,,they said version 3.1.3 is available for my phone when i install it…hell my phone asking for sim card….not accepting my sim card anymore too complicated
