Apple Sued Again for Alleged iPhone Patent Infringement

It looks like Apple was hit again with an iPhone-related lawsuit. Allegedly Apple has infringed camera patents with its iPhone and its up to the court to decide who’s right and who’s wrong.

Suing the company is the St Clair Intellectual Property Consultants which already have a record at beating camera manufacturers in court. And I’m talking about big names like Sony, which paid $25 million in 2001 and Canon, which paid $34 million in damages in 2003. So it looks like Apple will have a complicated case coming up in January. Who will win? We’ll tell you all you need to know once the results will be available.
