Apple’s top store in New York is always open. 24 hours a day, you can enter, browse their stuff, leave and return at any time. In the past they have closed it only 2 times, when the iPhone was released and when the Leopard was released.

Anyone care to explain this:

Rumors say they were filming the 3G iPhone commercial inside the store and around 5th Avenue. Anyone care to conveniently leak some of that commercial? The entire store was closed and the signs were obvious that there’s some video shooting inside the store.
