Apple Releases New MacBook and MacBook Pro Versions
Apple announced the availability of new MacBook and MacBook Pro versions. These new versions are equipped with Intel Core 2 Duo processors of up to 2.6 GHz, up to 300GB HDD, and up to 4GB of 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM. Additionally, the new versions of MacBook Pro come with the Multi-Touch trackpad first seen in MacBook Air, an illuminated keyboard, and a built-in ambient light sensor. The new 13-inch MacBook and MacBook Pro models are no available in retails outlets in The Apple Store.

The 2.1 GHz, 13-inch white MacBook, for a suggested retail price of $1,099 (US), includes:
* 13.3-inch glossy widescreen 1280 x 800 display;
* 2.1 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor with 3MB shared L2 cache;
* 800 MHz front-side bus;
* 1GB of 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM, expandable to 4GB;
