I’m sure we are all waiting on pins and needles for the big Apple announcement on January 27th, and it is rumored to be the new tablet (iSlate) or even the iPhone 4.0.

If it is the iPhone 4.0, experts are predicting that this version will have something that has long been in demand from iPhone users: background applications. Yeah, iPhone users are sick of running one app at a time, and they want what the Palm has got. I’m going to go out on a limb and say that if the iPhone 4.0 is announced, it will have these aforementioned background applications. Then the world will change. Actually, it probably won’t change all that much, but for those with the iPhone 4.0, it shall change.
