With all the commotion of WWDC coming in June, with all the talk about the 3G iPhone, we have been hearing lots of things about Apple and most of them are from good to great. Their way of doing business and their way of reinventing mobile technology and mobility is remarkable.

But Apple will get sued. Why? Well there’s this Mighty Mouse they have. You should have spotted it in more than one place. It’s round, white, with an apple somewhere on it? Very useful too? And there’s another company called Man & Machine, Inc. who apparently have their own Mighty Mouse created in 2004.

Well it took them just 3 years to find out there’s an Apple Mighty(er) Mouse? Man & Machine, Inc. where in the world do you live? Don’t get me wrong but why haven’t you sued them before? You both got your license to kill use the Might Mouse from CBS so it wasn’t that difficult to find out there’s another company using it.

Or are Man & Machine, Inc. just using this to get some publicity right before the WWDC? I’d say so. Good luck on that lawsuit. I wonder how it will end.
