Apple fires back at Nokia with 13 patent infringes

A few months ago Nokia set their sights on Apple and brought forth 10 patent infringement law suits. Now, Apple has come back and slapped 13 law suits on the table, a move that is sure to annoy Nokia’s attorneys.

There’s no telling how this one will play out but if Bruce Sewell’s (Apple’s General Counsel and senrion vice president) words are anything to go by, it should be a long and perilous battle:

Other companies must compete with us by inventing their own technologies, not just by stealing ours.
