To give you an idea of how many people are constantly checking apartments where they can stay in, perhaps the number of times that the Apartment Guide has been downloaded can give you an idea. To date, the Apartment Guide for the iPhone has been downloaded 230,000 times, quite a large volume that perhaps give us an idea how many people are looking for ideal places to reside in.
The Apartment Guide app gives users the ability to search, view, call and e-mail apartment listings directly from their iPhone or iPod touch. With such number of downloads, it is not surprising why it has made its way to the top 20 free utility apps over at the Apple app store.
“As the first in our industry to launch an apartment app, we will continue to meet consumer demand and push innovation in mobile. Further, with our newly enhanced version of the app, it’s easier than ever for consumers to research available apartments and local communities and view property photos while on-the-go” said Arlene Mayfield, president, Apartment Guide.
