We pretty much know what phones Nokia will be releasing this year, thanks to the leaked 2009 roadmap, and it’s only a matter of time before they start surfacing on the internet as confirmation. The newest device to become a reality is a handset that goes by the name of “Ivalo,” which seems to be an N97 sans the QWERTY keypad. This latest phone is spotted in one of the videos that Nokia put up to give us a behind-the-scenes perspective on the Nokia N97. The specs might be the same as the N97 with a 3.5-inch touchscreen display, 5-megapixel camera, WiFi, Bluetooth, aGPS, FM radio, and 32 gigs of internal memory, but the omission of the keyboard should make this device much more thinner and lighter.
With the MWC just around the corner, we would definitely not be surprised if this as yet unnamed “multimedia computer” makes an appearance. Care to comment, Nokia?
