Android Donut Already Out?

The next Android update is going to be referred to as the Donut and it looks like Google is thoroughly working on it. While there’s nothing official about it, it’s said that Donut will bring you multitouch support, universal search, automated backups, text-to-speech features, a new camera application and a general improved performance.

But you know what’s even more interesting? It looks like Donut brings in CDMA support which must mean Sprint is getting an Android phone after all. Now we need good old Google to confirm all these and we’re especially interested to see if the Hero is going to be indeed Sprint’s first Android smartphone. What do you think?
