Conner Mulcahey from Weston CT is the lucky guy that downloaded Apple’s one billionth application from the iTunes App Store. And he’s just 13 years old. He’s going to be pretty popular in school, at least for a little while as he’s about to receive prizes from Apple worth over $13,000. 13-year olds are apparently also in love with the App Store. And Conner wasn’t downloading a game but a swapping application from Bump Technologies called Bump. For the rest of us that didn’t win, we can always wait for the next billion downloads to try our luck again.
