American Museum of Natural History Explorer AppBy Mark Rollins - 07/29/2010 9:25:36 PM |
This is an App for the American Museum of Natural History, which we covered partially before.
The American Museum of Natural History Explorer works for iPhones and iPod Touches and it uses 300 Wi-Fi hotspots to triangulate the user’s position in the museum. Explorer will guide for preplanned tours, or select from a list of exhibits and plan your own tour.
I was sort of hoping that this App would use augmented reality. Perhaps the next version. This one is free.
