Amazon launches MPS – Mobile Payments ServiceBy Tony - 10/05/2009 9:09:27 PM |
Amazon has launched the MPS – Mobile Paymens Service – that makes it easy for all their customers to use the cellphone and make a purchase, because their online account details (shipping and payment information) will be used in this process – from the net into their phones and into Amazon system once again.
Howard Gefen from Amazon, comments:
We’re pleased to make it easier for our Amazon Payments developers and merchants to extend mobile payment options and the ease of 1-Click checkout to their customers.
And Paul Reddics (CEO), adds:
A seamless purchasing process is one of the most important aspects to a great mobile shopping experience. The Amazon Mobile Payments Service delivers a fast, easy and familiar mobile payment option millions of people trust and we are pleased to be one of the first to extend it broadly to our customers and partners.
