Alpine NVE-N872 GPS Navigation System

|

nve-n872-002.jpgThe Alpine NVE-N872 kills two birds by one stone as it serves both as an In Car DVD System and a full fledged GPS Device. Equipped with around 9 million points of interests and Navteq maps of U.S (including Hawaii) and Canada, the DVD System ensures that you never get lost!

The NVE-N872 has a very nifty feature called Freeway Junction which lets you have a close view of the freeway interchanges via the zoom function. Since most of us can't imagine a gadget without a remote, it makes sense that the device comes bundled with a fully functional remote with direct buttons for home, speak, traffic, detour, delete destination, display and of course zoom.

The Navigational Device provides tactile feedback via the PulseTouch function and on also comes across features like; built-in gyro sensor ( multi-language capability (English, Spanish, or French), satellite traffic support, voice command recognition etc. The Alpine NVE-N872 retails for $1700 .
