Alltel's in a festive mood due to its recent victory in the 50th run of the Daytona 500 by Ryan Newman in the No.12 Alltel Dodge. Hence, ladies and gents, Alltel is offering 500 free minutes bonus to all new subscribers and existing ones who add a new service to their plan. The bonus minutes are given to new subscribers who choose the US$39.99 rate plan or higher and those secondary lines of $9.99. The free minutes are good for 30 days after the activation.
