Alltel Wireless and MTV Networks Launch Popular Entertainment Content on Phones

"I want my... I want my... I want my MTV!" Alltel Wireless customers will no longer be singing that song, hoping for MTV-branded content to be available on their mobile phones. Alltel and MTV Networks have now teamed up to provide Alltel customers with a comprehensive package of MTVN programming, including games, on-demand mobile video, WAP sites, and personalization features.

Soon to be available through MTVN on Alltel handsets will be video offerings from MTV, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon, VH1, Spike TV, MTV Tr3s, CMT, The N, GameTrailers.com, and IFILM. Mobile websites for Comedy Central, MTV, and VH1 will now be availabl,e as well as games and personalization features from smash-hit franchises like "South Park, "SpongeBob SquarePants", and "The Hills."
