For AT&T subscribers looking for a simple device with no bells and whistles that a smartphone or even a featurephone brings nowadays, the carrier has announced the availability of a new low-end cellphone, the Samsung a167. Launched as part of AT&T’s Pay As You Go plan, the a167 GoPhone doesn’t have much going for itself, exactly what some people might be looking for. Features include dual-band GSM/GPRS 850/1900 MHz network support, a VGA camera, web browser, 2MB of internal memory, and a 128×160 pixel internal display.
Head over to AT&T’s website if you think you need one at a low price of $69.99 with no contractual obligations.
