adNav to present Boomerang GPS system

|

adnav-boomerang1.jpgIn case you've been looking for a cheap alternative of a good GPS system, keep an eye on the upcoming Boomerang made by adNav. There isn't any pricing information yet, and no released date it known either, but the system will be presented at the CTIA Wireless & Interaction.

This GPS system is supported by advertisements, which means that whenever you decide to surf the web via WiFi, some ads will show up for sure. In the future there won't a buying mode, just a “rent mode” per day that is available at hotels or car rentals services.

The low-price doesn't mean it features low specifications, besides the constant WiFi connectivity, the adNav comes with plenty of tools like a language translator, games, calculator, currency exchanger, and live weather info.

By offering a product with constant connectivity, we have a multitude of exciting applications already and many more in the works that create an accurate, reliable offering that will enhance any trip.
