Acer to Bring Free Smartphones with a Contract in the USA

Acer has announced four absolutely new smartphones at the MWC and it plans to launch even more phones in the future. Not only that, but the company is ready to launch those already announced smartphones for free if the you’ll sign a contract with it.

AT&T and T-Mobile might be the carriers which Acer will partner up with. Therefore the carriers could offer Acer smartphones for free provided that their subscribers will sign up for a new agreement. The phones should arrive in Q4 2009 or early next year. We’re probably going to see Acer M900, Acer F900, Acer X960 and Acer DX900 running on Windows Mobile 6.1 and Acer C1, Acer F1, Acer E1 and Acer L1 running on Windows Mobile 6.5. We have no idea if Acer Android phones will also be included in the offer but we have plenty of time to find that out for you.
