Acer Handset Inspired From the Glofiish DX900?

We have no information about Acer‘s first smartphone and MWC is two weeks away. However, according to this leaked image of it, the Acer handset will resemble very much to the Glofiish DX900 from E-Ten. Acer owns E-Ten so it makes perfect sense for them to take some of the existing technology. But did Acer copy everything? The DX900 had GPS, dual-SIM support, a 3 megapixel camera, a 2.8-inch VGA touchscreen and Windows Mobile 6.1 OS to make everything possible. Will Acer take everything?

On the other hand this might be just a photoshopped image and the real thing is coming to the MWC.
