You can add two more handsets under the Acer brand with the unveiling of the Acer E110 with Android and the Acer P300. Both phones appeared over at the Bluetooth SIG. The Acer E110 will come with features like UMTS/HSDPA, A-GPS, Bluetooth, a touchscreen display and four touch sensitive keys just below the display. It will run on Android 2.0.

As for the Acer P300, it will be based on Windows Mobile and features HSDPA/HSUPA, Bluetooth 2.0, USB 2.0 and Wi-Fi. Both phones come from Chi Mei Communication Systems. No word on pricing and availability for now.
