What you’re looking at here are the A70s from Silicon Power. They are designed to be both water-proof and shock-proof.
You should be able to get them in 250, 320, 500, and 640GB forms, and they are bus powered with USB 2.0 interfaces. I don’t have a price or a release date, but the colors are somewhere “between dark red and tomato red”.
