There is a rumor going about that Nintendo is making an update to the DS. The DS2 is rumored to have tilting controls, just like everyone’s favorite iPhone or iPod Touch.

Considering that Nintendo changed gaming with those motion-controlled Wiimotes, why not have a motion-controlled DS?

Well, if Nintendo wants to put out a new version of the DS, then they are going to be busy. I’ve heard rumors of a new version of the Wii in HD coming this holiday.

Clearly, we need some clarity on the Nintendo rumor mill.
