The best feature of the iPhone is by far the App Store. Apple has hit the jackpot with it. So far the company registered 500 million downloads in 6 months. That’s an average of 83 million downloads per month. And the number will be growing. There are about 15,000 applications to choose from, some free, some expensive, some great, some crappy but the choice is yours. And more are coming. Will anyone else be able to raise their App Store like Apple did? And I am sure they’re not actually making money of the applications. But they do make money off iPhone and iPod touch sales.
