17 year old arrested after threatening Apple Store

Here is a perfect example of when a seemingly harmless joke could have dire consequences — It seems that a 17 year old by the name of Justin Barry decided to walk into an Apple Store in Staten Island and leave the following message on one of the computers:

I have threatened your store and all its employees with a bloody death … whoever the crew maybe working, or the innocent citizens that walk in … will be eliminated with the force of a… bomb loaded with C4, strapped to my chest.

The consequence? Well, he has been arrested and can face up to 7 years in prison.

So kids, if you were planning on pulling a similar joke take this kid as an example and don’t do it.
