I thought it was an HTC device too until I looked closer. It’s actually the 103 which is the newest Velocity Mobile smartphone.

And let’s check out the features first:

• 128MB RAM
• 256MB NAND flash memory
• microSD memory card slot
• Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity
• GPS navigation
• 2 megapixel camera and VGA camera
• TV/VGA out
• Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional
• Velocity Over the Air Updates

The phone will be available later this month but it’s also available from Expansys for presale. It costs about £324.99 or double that in USD. Better wait for carriers to pick it up and significantly lower prices.

My personal opinion is that as promising as it looks like, the 103 won’t be that hit phone to combat the iPhone.
